The company
What Easy Compliance does
Easy Compliance is a compliance platform for NDIS and aged care providers. The job is the same in both: keep documents current, training done and records in order, and be able to show it when someone asks.
Easy Registration is the registration doorway into that platform. It takes you from “I don't know what applies to me” to a registration decision, then hands you to the ongoing platform.
We are Australian-owned and operated, and we build for small providers: sole traders, family-run services and teams where the owner is also the compliance manager.
Our founders
We are operators before we are software people. We have run services, written the policies, trained the workers and sat through real audits.
This product came from the gap between a policy pack and actually being ready.

How we look after your information
You trust us with information about your business, your workers and sometimes the people you support. We take that seriously.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Your data is encrypted on the way to us and while it is stored. Nothing sits in a public bucket.
Private storage and signed links
Files are private. Downloads use short-lived signed links that cannot be shared around or guessed.
Access is logged
Every access to your records is recorded, including by our staff.
We ask for the least we need
For most evidence you can simply record that you hold a document rather than uploading it.
No sensitive data in analytics
Participant, health and behaviour support information never reaches analytics or marketing.
Your organisation, your access
Only people you invite can see your information. Our staff only look at an account for support or a review you asked for.

Easy Compliance is not the Commission, not an approved quality auditor and not a government body. Nothing we produce is Commission-approved. Our training is education, not accredited training.

We provide tools, education and admin help. We cannot guarantee registration or any audit result. You remain responsible for what you give to regulators and auditors, and for reviewing anything drafted with AI before you use it.
