1. About these terms
Easy Registration is provided by Easy Compliance. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so, and “you” means that business.
Our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer form part of these terms.
2. What we provide
We provide software, education and administrative assistance to help you prepare for NDIS provider registration and to stay organised afterwards. That includes:
- a registration check and a personalised roadmap;
- document templates personalised from your answers and your provider profile;
- training modules, quizzes and records;
- tools to organise evidence and prepare for an audit; and
- optional expert reviews delivered by our team.
We are independent of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. We are not a government body, not an approved quality auditor, and not your lawyer. We do not provide legal advice.
3. Your account
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password secure and do not share your login. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Only invite people who should have access to your organisation’s information, and remove them when they leave.
- Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
- You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, sublicense or redistribute our content to other providers as a product of your own;
- copy the product to build a competing service;
- upload malicious code, or try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service;
- upload content you do not have the right to share, or sensitive information about people you support where we have asked you not to; or
- use the product to mislead a regulator, an auditor or a participant.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
- Prices are shown in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
- Standalone Policy ($449), Training ($199) and Preparation Tools ($249) packages include three years of access to their listed resources from the first successful payment, with no automatic renewal. Standalone training covers the provider owner; the all-in-one package retains organisation training access. After the first three years, portal renewal costs AUD $29 per month, including GST. Renewal is optional and requires your agreement. Buying an individual package does not unlock the other packages.
- Every new purchase includes three years of portal access. Existing purchases retain the access period agreed when purchased. Download documents you wish to retain before the paid resource access expires.
- Some products are one-time purchases that give you access for the period described at checkout. Others are subscriptions that renew until you cancel.
- The October 2026 full portal and policy package offer costs AUD $690 as one payment or 12 monthly payments of AUD $69 ($828 total), including GST. Both options include three years of portal access from the first successful payment. After three years, you can choose to renew portal access for AUD $29 per month, including GST. Access expires unless you agree to renew; there is no automatic renewal. The first instalment is due at checkout and billing ends automatically after 12 months. Contact us about payment difficulties or cancellation of an instalment plan.
- For other recurring subscriptions, you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period.
- Expert add-ons are delivered by our team within the timeframe shown when you buy them.
- If something has gone wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will work it out with you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
For a refund request or a billing question, email support@easycompliance.org.
6. Intellectual property
We own the product, its content and its templates. When you purchase, we licence you to use the documents you generate for your own organisation’s compliance purposes: you can edit them, print them, share them with your workers, and give them to your auditor or the Commission.
That licence does not let you sell, publish or distribute our templates or training as your own product, or supply them to other providers.
The information you enter, and the documents you generate from it, remain yours. You can export or download your documents at any time while your account is active.
7. No guarantee of outcomes
We cannot and do not guarantee that you will be registered, that your application will be accepted, or that your audit will have any particular result. Those decisions are made by the NDIS Commission and by your approved quality auditor. Nothing in the product is a promise of an outcome.
8. Your responsibility for declarations
You are responsible for everything you submit to the NDIS Commission, to an auditor or to any other regulator. That includes your application, your self-assessment, your declarations and your evidence. Check that what you submit is accurate, complete and true for your service before you submit it.
We will never ask for your Commission portal password, and we do not submit anything to the Commission on your behalf.
9. AI-assisted content
Parts of the product use AI to help draft documents and self-assessment responses from your answers and your own documents. AI output is a draft, not advice, and it can be wrong.
You must review, correct and confirm AI-assisted content before you rely on it, use it in your service, or provide it to a regulator or auditor. Approving a document in the product is your confirmation that you have read it and that it reflects how your service actually operates.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may update the product, its content and these terms as requirements change. Where a change to these terms is significant, we will tell you in the product or by email before it takes effect.
Regulatory requirements change. We update our content when we become aware of a change, but you remain responsible for meeting the requirements that apply to you at the time.
11. Limitation of liability
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim connected with the product is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost opportunity, regulatory penalties, or the cost of an audit.
12. Ending your account
You can close your account at any time. Download anything you want to keep first. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to by law. If we close your account without cause, we will refund any unused portion of a prepaid period.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and by the law of the state or territory in which Easy Compliance is based. You and we submit to the courts of that place.
