Audit preparation
For providers who have started an application, or already have an audit booked. Two different moments, and two different kinds of help.
Where you are
“Help me finish properly, before the window closes.”
You've opened an application in the NDIS Commission's Applications Portal and now need to complete it, including a self-assessment.
What we do for you“Tell me whether I'm actually ready.”
You have an approved quality auditor and a date. Now you need to know what will be asked, what you must show, and where your gaps are.
What we do for youApplication already started
Tell us your start date. We show the days left on your dashboard and remind you well before the deadline.
Your written explanation of how you meet each standard, drafted from your own policies and records. Never invented.
If an answer has nothing behind it, we say so and tell you what to build first.
Every draft is yours to check and change. You copy it into the official portal. We never submit for you.
The NDIS Commission sets the completion window. We keep it current in our rules library. If it passes:
Always confirm current timeframes with the NDIS Commission. We show you what we hold and where it came from.
Audit already booked
Days remaining, with the tasks that matter most for your audit first.
Stage 1 is the document review. We assemble the policies, registers and records your auditor asks for.
Stage 2 checks how you work. We organise the proof that your system is in use.
A text-based practice interview on your confirmed scope, with what a strong answer includes.
Sorted by requirement, so you see what's ready, what's missing and what's half done.
One number for how much preparation is done, and exactly which parts aren't.
Readiness score
Example only
Sample figures. Your dashboard shows your own progress, with a written status beside every number.
Preparation, not prediction
A high score means you've done the preparation we can see. It is never a promise of registration or an audit outcome.
Being clear
We are independent of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
Easy Compliance is not the Commission and not an approved quality auditor. Our practice audit is practice, not an audit, and has no standing with the Commission or your auditor.
You remain responsible for what you submit
You confirm and submit your own responses and evidence. Anything drafted with AI must be reviewed and confirmed by you before it is used.
A few plain-English questions tell us your stage, your likely scope and the first three things to do before your audit.
